They spent a good amount of time trying to get my car fixed but couldn't because they needed to take a wheel off and I don't own the hub-lock key. They even dropped me off at work, and when I came back, despite their efforts they didn't charge me anything.

Never had a problem with this shop and take both my cars there. They even fixed a flat of mine at no charge. I will and do go back.

Mike Sellers here, I've gone here about once a month. I have a POS foreign car. Kids, never get a foriegn car. But if you're stuck with one, go here. Don't go to your car's dealership. Steer clear. I've gotten my A/C done, my oil lines declogged, several oil changes (for the price of a domestic car, too). Eurocare costs 1/3rd the price of a BMW/Lexus dealer. Any major crap I've had to do with the my car, I've gone here. And with a foreign car, there is always tons of crap. Everyone I've worked with is honest and polite. And they place nice Jazz in the lounge, and I love Jazz. I LOVE Jazz. But that's not the main reason I go here. I, Mike Sellers, go here because they're honest, have ONE DAY turnaround even on major issues, and play jazz. --Mike (BMW owner/Jazz enthusiast)

I have a 1978 MGB which very few people know how to work on. It has been my experience that any small problem with this poorly-built British car will develop into a costly repair and, believe me, there have been many such instances. The visit to Eurocare was no different--a $5 grease seal failed and it cost over $1100 to correct the problem. That said, I was duly impressed by the diligence of the tech who took on the challenge of repairing this 35-year-old clunker. He quickly diagnosed the problem and prepared a parts list within a half-hour. He even went to on-line sites to view videos and review forums to make sure he was on the right track before he prepared the estimate for me. He also had to endure my backseat driving while he was working on the car--it probably cost more because I wanted to help:) Good staff, good service, clean facility. A little pricey but not more than I expected. We will negotiate a better price before we launch into the next part of this project.

Super nice staff. Fast and honest. Little pricey for the labor but good warranty.

Eurocare assisted me. In June 2014, my car broke down on I10 close to Houston and they were the closest store. i was given a detailed breakdown on the reason for the breakdown. The team there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I received great customer service and since they fixed my car I have not had any issues. i highly recommend this business. Thanks Eurocare, Anthony and Cody

I called at 10:00 AM on a Saturday to see about my Merc SL550. Had a trunk latch/convertible top issue. They looked at it and found the problem in about an hour. After finding that the part was available, they took me home and then called at 3:00 PM saying my baby was fixed. So far, all is well and working fine. Enjoyed hanging with the out front folks for a couple of hours trading car/motorcycle tales. I had a very good experience. Car repair issues can get emotional - and expensive - they helped me get my car fixed in time for a trip. The part cost more than the labor for a change. Thanks, guys!
